This sounds like a blast. I would love to hear more info/details about this..events, fees, etc. Is there going to be a softball tournament as well?
We will keep you posted Kelly! Ticket information is coming soon.
hey is this a event for all ages?
Yes it is! We have Family Events starting at 3pm, Teen Events and then adult events starting at 9pm.
can teens stay until 12:30 or is that just the adults?
While there is nothing “organized” for the 21 and younger crowd after 10 p.m., families and those under 21 are welcome to be in the downtown district to enjoy the ball drop, fireworks and other festivities. The gated area that requires a ticket and is restricted to those age 21 and up (due to alcohol being served) will run down the center of Main Street. Other parts of Main Street, such as the sidewalks, are open to the public. The main stage entertainment will be within the gated area but will be visible and can be heard from all portions of Main Street. Adult supervision is recommended for those under the age of 18 who would like to be downtown for the event. Don’t forget that there are also free activities for children from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. and for teens from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.!
I assume the tents will all be heated? And will there be alcohol served within the entertainment tents during the adult events?
Please excuse if this is a duplicate. Please share more info with us as in comes in. We are definitely interested. Thank you. Ron Ault
Yes, sounds like fun. I will watch for more information as to where the various events will be and how much are tickets.
I don’t see any restroom accommodations on the event map. What plans have been made for that? Also, I can’t tell whether Main Street dining/pub venues will be accessible only through what I’m GUESSING is the 21+ gated area, which appears to be the orange-yellow area, but is also not noted in the map key.
Shelley,
We will have restrooms! Sorry they were not located on the map. We have 18 portajohns and they will be in 2 different locations. Dining/Pubs will still be accessible on Main Street (the gated area is only on the street). So the sidewalks are completely open.
Thank you for your questions!
